Client satisfaction is Tensão nº 1 priority!

The process of the Customer Satisfaction Survey happens every year, and 2011 was no exception. It is extremely important to assess the degree of satisfaction of our customers in the various areas of interaction, confirming the quality of our service, loyalty, and detecting possible opportunities for improvement so that the near future will be even better than today.

The 2011 results were very positive, beginning with the receptivity, since 3 out of 4 customers agreed to share with us their opinion and evaluation, giving their enormous contribution, and allowing a larger and more efficient field analysis.

The 81 customers who answered our request said they were happy with our service overall, and they all confirmed their intention to consult TENSÃO in the future.

Positive results were obtained in all areas and issues raised, from the sympathy and courtesy of the customer care, through the fulfilment of deadline deliveries, capacity and speed of response to queries, clarifying doubts and competitiveness of our products.
Tensão appreciates the results achieved, reiterating the intention of improving them, and thanks all the Customers who gave their priceless contribution. 2012 will be a year of overcoming, but we believe in ourselves and in success, side by side with our Partners and Customers.
