Customer Satisfaction Survey 2012 Results

It is extremely important to assess the degree of satisfaction of our customers, in order to confirm the quality of our service and to detect any improvement opportunities.
76 clients responded to our request (from the 110 surveys sent), it was found that the degree of overall satisfaction of customers increased (to 86.84%), all of which confirmed the intention to use our services when needed. Importantly, we increased the percentage of very satisfied Customers from 27.2% to 44.7% and reduced the dissatisfied Customers 6.2% to 5.3%.
Positive results were obtained in all areas and issues raised, from the friendliness and courtesy of services, to meeting the agreed delivery time, capability and fast response to queries and complaints and competitiveness of our products.
